Returns & Refunds

Our refund and returns policy is pretty simple due to the nature of the products being customised we cannot offer returns/refunds.

This also includes typing errors at the time of ordering, please please double check your order as we can only engrave what gets ordered. If we spot any obvious mistakes or what we think are mistakes we will contact you to double check your order.

If we make an error in the engraving and it doesn’t match your order then we will replace the item at our expense.

Cancellations:

Once your order has been engraved it can no longer be cancelled or edited.
